Using the app

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your family’s own learning. The app is designed to be used by children with a parent or guardian, who is responsible for setting it up and supervising its use.

VIP subscription

Some levels and activities need a VIP subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

AI feedback

Scores and feedback are produced by an AI model and are a practice aid only. They can be wrong, and they are not an assessment by any school and do not guarantee any admission outcome.

Content

The app’s characters, artwork, stories, questions and software belong to Orango Labs or its licensors. Please do not copy or redistribute them except as the app allows, for example sharing stickers to WhatsApp for personal use.

Apple devices

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.
